Re: Cheney is very deceitful but not crazy

We'll have to agree to disagree on this. I have a degree in psychology, and I find that Cheney fits the classical description of the paranoid schizophrenic. In other words, I believe that Cheney actually has convinced himself that the utter bullstuff that he spreads about Saddam, terror, etc. is the reality of the situation. I categorize Cheney in the same mold as Richard Perle and David Frum who are both raving hysterics. While they are cynically using their paranoia to enrich themselves, still, they are paranoid. In exactly the same ways that Stalin was paranoid.

Why does this matter? Because I think it is time for America to have a discussion on whether or not these men need to be incarcerated in an institution for the criminally insane. My answer is unequivocal. Yes, they should be locked up for the safety of society.
