I nonconcur. The small progressive caucus in the Congress consistently votes against military appropriations.

The emphasis is on small. It's incorrect to label someone like John Kerry as being on the "left". He's certainly a centrist. In fact, according to international standards, he's right of center, just as is Tony Blair and Bill Clinton.
