Do you really believe that any president "controls" the economy?

"I don't think an American economy that's losing jobs is good"

We have gone from 6.3% unemployment to 5.6%. The party of pessimists has no confidence in our country and probably think that we will continue to lose jobs until we raise taxes on the people that create the jobs and come up with a government program to give people jobs. Truth is, 94.4% of the people that want jobs have them. Better than historical averages of '70's, '80's and '90's. Productivity is at an all time high, and that makes the economy go. Which will lead to more jobs.

Funny that your friend dipy says that it is not really Bush's fault. How has Bush created this "mess" iyo? How is Kerry going to "create" jobs?

"Maybe things would be a whole lot different if Bush hadn't come into office talking down the economy?"

hahaha. You are a funny man Steve. You guys whine and complain every day about how bad it is, and it AIN'T THAT BAD.

Bush made some realistic comments and you pull that out of your hat as the reason for the recession. What a laugher.
