Now Patricia - it depends what energy crisis you are talking about. Clearly, the electric power crisis was not caused by refineries. The current cost of gasoline is. As for it disappearing - it disappeared with the recession - and yes new generating capacity.

well isn't it interesting that there haven't been any issues with energy since Enron is gone, and CA hasn't done anything to change their system as far as I know.
