That would pretty much square with Pierre Lassonde's prediction, which is why he is looking for $2 copper this year.

Russ, it looks like hoarding is ramping up. If so, we will see a continuing increase in the drawdown rate until all the inventory is closely held. Then who will deliver to the futures contracts?
