The RW doesn't govern well - whether its nation building abroad, or respect for a government of, for and by the people at home. Consider the fundamental flaw in this approach: The Armageddon Plan commondreams.org Now one can make the argument that a slow and cumbersome change of command is an unacceptable danger in the modern world. Fine, but you don't make secret plans to address the problem. Rather the people are kept informed. You have an open debate on the plan, and finally adopt one that is consistent with the constitution and has the support of the people. It's called democracy. Otherwise, you have an Al Haig type hollering from some bunker, "I'm in charge". And no one following. JMO lurqer
