Frank, you STILL don't get it!
It does NOT make ANY DIFFERENCE how many units are Sold if you are losing money on each sale.

A skit at a Multi-Widget maker:

Dr. Frank
is the founder and head honcho!

Joe is the Company accountant.

Joe:
_ _ _ _ _ Dr. Frank, we are going to have to do something! We're losing $300,000 on each Widget we sell!

Dr. Frank:
_ _ _ _ _ That's OK... We'll make up for it with Volume!

When GE or Siemens has a product finished, it is brought to the production and sales.

I bet the fonar organization is flat as a pancake.
I'll admit that I don't know. But would love to see their organization chart.

I believe it is a matter of having the right people on the right job - AND not having them disturbed by R&D nerds.

Fonar has an internal sales force of approximately 17 persons, concentrating on
domestic sales. Fonar continues to use manufacturer's representatives and
distributors for its foreign sales efforts. Fonar has also expanded its website
to a full-scale interactive product information desk for reaching new customers
and assisting existing customers. Fonar has been experiencing increasing scanner
sales activity originating from its website.

Above is from last 10K.. Analyze the last sentence, and then tell me that the 17 man sales force have done their homework on informing all prospects about the products.

IMO there's definitely something rigid in the organization, that makes the market development far to slow.

Still just my opinion.
