Liberals staking "the middle ground" is what wreaked the havoc of Sept 11 on American heads. During 8yrs of Clinton's "middle ground" attitude, OBL became powerful enough to attack U.S. homeland.

Terrorists are not interested in the middle ground; so their opponents had better be similarly hard nosed...or they lose the War on Terror.

Point being, there are middle grounds to find and that's where agreements are made. You kill adn apture as many as you can. That's the stick. Then you have the carrot. You have diplomacy. You express flexilibity

There's a middle ground between us and terrorism? Yes, keep to that theme throughout the campaign season.
