Something to consider, CEGE just priced a shelf offering earlier this week at 12.50. Typically they wont let it fall too far below the offer price to keep the new investors happy. It is currently trading under the offer price at 12.38.

The stock was trading at 13.50 before the shelf offering was priced.

Might has some artificial support for a while.

Anybody familiar with trading secondary offerings?

M

SSPI - I agree Bob. I am holding long and currently have 50% of what I am looking to hold through 2004. This stock is not for the clueless traders out there. Good luck.
