Just got back....and see your 4:36 question....Sorry.........

<<If you are counting the whole dump from the highs as one impulsive move>>

Looking at the NDX daily....not counting an "impulsive" move in the sense of 5 waves down from the highs........I see an a-b-c dump from the highs of 1/20.....

The a down carried thro 2/4......the b up carried thro 2/19......The c down began on 2/19 and has (or is having) 5 waves down.

<<Where are you counting the 2 because if we are finished with your 4, the 2 seems like it is much longer than the 4.>>

Within the c down, just mentioned, I count waves:
1 down.....4 days.....2/19-24
2 up.....5 days.....2/24-3/2
3 down.....7 days.....3/2-3/11
4 up.....4 days.....3/11-3/17
5 down.....? days.....3/17-?

If I understand what you're getting at, seems to me that the time length of the first 4 waves of the c wave down are reasonably related....
