INGN, Yes it has to close above 7.95 in order to get off from its present near term down trend.<g>

Any thoughts re: why they did it?...is it because they couldn't get subscribers or because the shorties depressed the price to unacceptable levels for mgt.?

It seems on account of the recent market conditions they couldn't get enough interest in it to be able to place the 5M shares above the $7 price they had last November. Insiders still have a good % of the shares and probably think they can get a better price when the ASCO meetings get a little closer.<g>

As I have mentioned, I took profits on most of my positions and have not watched the market closely.But am still holding part of my INGN shares.
