Hi Dick ..

I have the DI-604 and cannot connect to the htguide.com site either. But, like your other friend, I can access it when signed on to AOL (still using the DI-604).

Occasionally, I can open the htguide site in IE after I've opened it once in AOL. But more often than not that trick doesn't work either.

None of this helps you really - but at least you have less reason now to believe that you're crazy! :-)
