I have been commenting that everyone falls down...but I was referring to boarding or skiing on slopes. Kerry fell 6 times on a green run? That is the easiest level...

I know AS was saying he was very good, but his form told me otherwise. Now it is confirmed. Now we can focus on what it should have been...a fun time, instead of a photo op...which went bad.

It is about having fun, and if one falls...big deal. Kerry needs to grow up and just enjoy it.

As Senator John Kerry carved his Burton snowboard down a green rated Upper College run, another skier interrupted his stride, colliding with the presumptive Democratic nominee at 9,010 feet.

[corrected].....The slope-cade of two Ski Patrollers, several Secret Service agents, two journalists, one camera and one Kerry aide suddenly came to a halt. The Massachusetts Senator lay on the ground, removed his Smith sunglasses, and surveyed the damage.

Assured that the ABC News camera accompanying the entourage had not captured Kerry's fall, the Senator glared at your sloping Noter and assured,

"I don't fall down. That son of a bitch ran into me."

The tales often have one other common thread. Most end with Sen. Kerry inquiring of the lesser mortal:

"Do you know who I am?"

Asked if he would vote against the $87 billion if his amendment did not pass, Kerry said,

"I don't think any United States senator is going to abandon our troops and recklessly leave Iraq to whatever follows as a result of simply cutting and running. That's irresponsible."

"I actually did vote for the $87 billion before I voted against it,"
