I doubt fed tightening will do much for the price of commodities, just as I think modest fed tightening will do little to strengthen the dollar.

All it will do is crash the stock market as well as housing

in the short term... i think there's a boat load of leveraged speculation... even...unleveraged... a whole price layer above the supply/demand layer.

when this is removed... then, price will be sustainable in a true sense.

i.e. your longer term view.

when will we know that?
