The anti-American left's Goebbels-like propaganda tactics are nothing new at all. Those of us who listened for YEARS to: "North Vietnam is NOT at war with us in the South-it's a POPULAR revolution." And "The Soviet Union is as interested in human rights as WE are, and just as competent economically-IF we'd leave them ALONE."
