The U.S. economy will expand by 4.1 percent in the third quarter and at a 4 percent pace in the fourth, according to the median prediction of 70 economists in a Bloomberg News survey taken from Feb. 27 to March 8. The economy will expand at an average 4.5 percent annual rate in the first half, economists in the same survey predicted.

That is true. Kerry could possibly win. No one knows at this point. Hopefully he will regroup and do a netter job during the upcoming months. He had a terrible week.
