Didn't know of any winter which lasts a year and a half. By the way for your education, in those regions the ideal weather to lauch military attacks is spring and fall. In that case, I do not know of any spring or fall which are one and half years apart. At best, it is six months apart, isn't it? Unless you are using the same calculator the Bushies use to calculate the cost of war, the tax breaks etc.
