I state an opinion but I'm no attorney or legal person (so I could be very wrong here): You may join and complain, but if you made money, you will NOT receive any monies from a settlement, assuming there will be one. In my limited experience, these class action settlements are for those who lost money (and can prove it). Those people who've made money (had profitable transactions) during the class period dates but who would argue that they could've made even more "if only..." --they are ineligible.
