Kerry has rejected any and all foreign endorsements.

It is not an endorsement of Kerry. It is a rejection of Bush. They are rejecting Bush's sabre rattling and hsi failure to make the world a safer place which he said he would do.

In fact this world has become a more of a dangerous place as the Spaniards and the Iraqis will tell you.
