Re: My comment was based on that of an MIT engineer who called the Empire State Building a "masonry" structure, and later in the same article described a masonry structure in Asia as "reinforced concrete". "Masonry" includes brick, tile, stone, concrete. You are still driving me bats by playing silly lawyer's tricks with language when there is a precise definition of "reinforced concrete" which is easy enough even for someone as lazy as you to find and learn. :)
