OT. Condor, my experience with the payouts is that the people the attorneys have or hire to calculate the payouts are actually very diligent with their calculations. And not hasty at all in making the payouts -g-.

I maintain a VERY diversified portfolio, and it's my guess, given the way I sometimes have held on to stocks, and the large number of stocks I have, that I likely have had (and maybe have now) more losers than anyone else on this thread. What I am saying is that I am often completing these class action forms that you describe.

(I would like to say in my defense that on the other side of it, I have a lot of winners too. But really, it's not a matter of how many losers or winners: it's a matter of how much ($)is made. Here I can make no claim, especially as regards any comparisons to any of the many good stock pickers on this thread.)
