And I feel screwed if I lived in California too. The problem is that in the end the Enron situation hurt everyone in the country. The way people were hurt was different but it was a horrible scandal that started WAY before Bush. I guess my point in mentioning Hillary is that its more apparent than ever that both parties (because of our current system) are willing to sell the voters interests down the road to the lobbyists with the biggest bucks. It's happening on both sides. I still remember Clinton and Ebbers walking around like long lost buddies and that disaster makes California look like chump change. There is just so much blame to go around on both sides that I'm not willing to lay it all at GWB's feet

The rightwing loves bringing up CLinton, as if they did anything wrong except Bill's sex dalliances. They try to compare Clinton's sex with GW and Cheney's deceits, but thre is no comparison. Bush-Cheney deceits involve hundred of billions of dollars, gouging consumers, protecting big corporate interests, hundreds of lost American lives and trillions in national debt. They also have a lot of explaining to do about 9-11.
