WorldCom was protected by the Republicans. Lott and Barbour.
The revelations about massive fraud didn't start coming out until Clinton was headed out of office. Enron and WorldCom were the worst, both bigtime GOP allies and contributors.

I'm just able to see the grime on both sides.

If you are able to see "grime" on both sides, then that is a rare feat for anyone not repulsed by Bush.

Democrats are routinely blamed for taxation and regulation. And yet, when unregulated corporate interests rape the country blind, republicans *ALSO* try to blame democrats, when we both know that it is against democratic policy to allow too much unregulated corporate power.

The recent treasury liquidation event was a classic republican ripoff exercise in the name of the laughable "trickle down" economic theory. I'm waiting for republicans to pin this one on the dems.
