I have a well respected friend who saw a protest in Sardinia. He said about 100 people showed up.

The local papers reported it as 1 thousand.

The right to protest is protected, but a protester was arrested in Seattle yesterday for shoving a cop. Sound familiar? Echo of WTO. Good to see authorities aren't going to take any guff from radicals this time around.
