A confession: I bought an enormous potato and baked it to perfection, which took about two hours. This potato was about the size of a pumpkin. Then I put an entire jar of caviar on it and took a taste. I decided it was just a little dry for me, so I added butter. Given the massiveness of the potato, it took about a stick to get it the way I like it. Then I decided that it needed some sour cream so I added that. Since it was now turning into a project, I chopped some onions into it, too. Now THAT was a baked potato. It may also explain why I could never have borrowed Jackie's clothes.
