I recommend learning from the best. See if Allan or Shack can spend 6 months and give you hands on training. That is the training I got, I cannot recommend any books as I do not know of any. I think Oschinka has some on his site.

THis book by Frost and Prechter is the standard text. Well written, easy and (sort of) fun to read. There is probably still nothing better.

Another good source is the educational section of the EWI. You may have to sign up with them, however, and have to receive an occasional promo.
