Dear me. You have no hard evidence, no rational basis at all for concluding that the passing of 12 years was sufficient to render Saddam helpless. Your line of "reasoning" here is terribly flawed, especially since for all that time Saddam repeatedly refused to confirm that he had destroyed the weapons that we all knew he once had. It is terribly foolish to leave your entire nation under the threat of a mad Iraqi simply because he has ignored his disarmament obligations for '12 whole years.'
