eye witness was a few fbi under cover agents who took notes and now someone has gotten the notes. assume under freedom of infomation act. Kerry cannot dispute he wasn't there. although he tried to his manager came out Friday and said Kerry may have gotten his meetings mixed up.. I agree you do not forget being in a meeting where murder is being discussed.

Why didn't he go to fbi or police?

Yep, saying he doesn't remember destroys his credibility. I wonder how far in advance this vacation was scheduled.

Maybe they decided that when Gerald Nicosia released the story, Kerry needed to be in a venue where he wouldn't have to comment publicly for a while.
