You have had a lot of excitement around there! I am sorry about the barn. I seem to have missed some of the info about "that guy". Is he buying some of the acreage? Are you selling the house? I hate when things change. I like my image of your "holler" and your neighbors. I suppose it is part of that "home town" fantasy that everyone still carries in their hearts and wants to believe exists somewhere. It certainly explains why the Jan Karon Mitford series is such a huge hit.
