Boris - What is your native language? I think you have a misunderstanding of some English words as well as Spanish translations to English. I am not aware of any Iraqi national assets being sold to anyone. I do see many foreign countries donating money to rebuild Iraq. Perhaps this is what you are referring to. I rest confidant knowing that anything the USA has done with money handled in Iraq in the last year will set a much higher standard of proper management than the UN Oil for Food program. Whats more if HAL mismanaged something they will be penalized. Will the Iraqi's ever be reimbursed the billions the UN helped loot/scam with Saddam? There are numerous foreign companies working in Iraq. US money which being invested in Iraq is many multiples of the Iraqi oil revenues.
