Checking some of the filings it looks likes management own not too many shares but have options for hundreds of thousands. the ceo who does own over 100,000 shares has some deal where he gets 2 shares of restricted shares for each share that he actually purchases vesting over 3 years. Looks like another heads we win tails we reprice our options deal for senior management. It may turn out ok in the end but I have decided to put my money elsewhere for now. I also have all sorts of concerns about Medicaid. I can see the fed and state wrangling over medicaid payments and hospitals having to wait longer to get paid.
