I'm sorry to hear about your fishing buddy, Ish. Is there anything they can do for him? I'm glad you have your coffee shop buds to go with. But your neighbor's house is a good thing. I did eventually take time out to be sad about the barn, and my papa's stuff in it. Though the walking-plows and the like survived, if a bit looking worse for wear. I can get handles for them. That was pretty much it. But that same morning, someone in B'ham lost their trailor. It was so close, and we survived and the house survived. Seems lots of places burn down around here, so a barn just ain't that big a deal. "That man" was by yesterday to do a little walk thru. We chatted a minute before I took off. Just looking out over the mountain and taking it all in. Couldn't be I "want" to dislike him cause I'm conflicted about going? nahhhh. <g> Anyway, reckon I'm gonna be okay with it. Though he has a toddler and an infant. I'm not sure when he thinks he'll take care of the orchard. If he moves in, he's gonna be a very very busy man, make his new doc wife look like she's got it easy going to work. Here's hoping the fish are biting, Ish.
