I suppose senses of humor are like personalities and run the gamut. I have read things on SI where people go LOLROFLMAOHAHAHAHA at things I consider completely unfunny and often even cruel. So I will amend Kerry's lack of humor to a humor that hasn't yet appeared on my radar. I am sure people read DAR in the past and thought Thomas White and I wrote boring drivel when we thought we were hilarious. Do you remember Gaugie? I thought he was one of the most brilliant writers ever and clever without peer. Other people couldn't get through a post without going HUh? One of the things I have noticed on DAR is that there is little use of emoticons. Either we manage to communicate well, or maybe our topics are just one big <g> so we know we don't need them. I have learned I have to use them in other places or get completely misunderstood. Well, diversity makes the world go round. Although currently it seems diversity is leading us all to armageddon.
