That's not a lie, that's a SECOND vote about funding a war that the admin LIED about requiring funding in the first place. Note that the admin is still LYING about funding by not putting Iraq into the budget.

The Iraq war will run out of money in September and the lying Shrub admin will not ask for money until after the elections leaving up to a 4 month gap. The Shrub admin lies pathologically, relentlessly and remorselessly.

boston.com

"...Some who voted last October for the resolution authorizing Bush to use military force in Iraq voted against providing the $87 billion, saying they wanted to signal their disapproval of the way the president is handling the postwar situation....

Both Massachusetts senators, Edward M. Kennedy and John F. Kerry, voted against the spending, although they split on the war vote. Kennedy has been a relentless antiwar voice in the Senate; Kerry, a Democratic candidate for president, has been critical of Bush's policies toward Iraq but voted for the war resolution last fall...."

Wolfowitz got up in front of Congress and LIED saying that Iraq could pay for the war and reconstruction from oil revenues. Lying-lying lying.
