ABC is neither Dem or liberal. You want proof just listen to its flagship radio station in NYC. Its 24/7 of republican, necon propaganda. NBC? Its cable news stations seem to have republican guests on about 3 times as often as dems. Remember Jack Welch statement that unbiased media is liberal bullshit and the corp should support any politician that will protect its market share and profits. Viacom and CNN still try to be objective and are labeled liberal.
