Taiwan stocks dipstick reading: cratering indeed -- Index Value: 6,359.92 Trade Time: 1:00AM ET Change: -455.17 (-6.68%) Prev Close: 6,815.09 Open: 6,360.33 Day's Range: 6,358.73 - 6,368.03 52wk Range: 5,907.15 - 7,135.00 Not too much collateral damage elsewhere so far except maybe over in Korea (-2.21%) and on Hong Kong (-1.73%). That tells me that there's more portfolio shifting than anything else around the Pacific Rim tonight. Spoos are hanging in there at -2 for the time being, but we'll see where all this sits once Asia closes
