The conduct of Rice and her failure to read the briefs from Berger prior to 9/11 has been specifically and publicly discussed -- the details will emerge well-after the elections well we get the official reports back. That is one of many reasons for Bush to make sure that we do not hear anything "offical" about 9/11 until he is safely past the next election. If you are truly interested in this you should be able to dig it up. Since you are not truly interested I will not bother.
