I'm also glad to see you're relieved Kerry isn't an assassin. Me too.

But no one is going to believe Kerry doesn't remember the topic coming up.

Where was GW Bush in 1972? He claims he doesn't remember going AWOL. That a way - deflect attention by telling a lie about Bush. Bush didn't say he didn't remember going awol - he said he didn't go awol.

NY Times has an article today about the dems being concerned about Kerry. Once people start laughing at you...it is tough to get respect.

They recognize that he needed to regroup after his bad week but that he had better announce his VP selection so they can raise some money and he needs someone to help him.

They recognize that Kerry will give comments up that are not good when he is upset.
