No, if the dollar is really going to rally big time -- you don't want gold and Russell doesn't answer why the USD went down in the first place -- esp against the Euro

Most other commentators I have read regard the Japanese supposed policy shift as bluff ... I think that's right. Not sure why Russell thinks that it has teeth ...

Also he talks about impending rate rise, but nothing about the sustainability of higher rates under rapid deflation.

that said, I'd like to know when his PTI does give a signal. So many are looking to get short here, it has made me very cautious. Bullish sentiment going into this slide was near all-time highs, but don't rule out one more bear killer that creates some doubt (on the part of bears)...
