You are right - he is clearly not a fiscal conservative. But you are wrong when you say he has turned a surplus - the biggest - lol- into a deficit. The recession and 9/11 turned the surplus into a deficit - along with too much spending.

In your effort to kerry the issue you ignore what would have happened with an Algore administration. Would spending have been higher or less. If taxes were not cut would the recession have been worse. So - I have shown my critique of Dubya - what is yours of Kerry?
