what Bush needs to do for the steel industry is engage China in a Yuan float. This is a difficult negotiation tactic that Bush is not capable of, of course. Instead he tried to put a short term bandaid on the problem in the form of those stupid tariffs. Bushonomics at its finest.

LOL - steel. Bush made a promise to help steel. He did. Now the industry is booming - it does not need help. Do you remember the screams from the left when steel tariffs were removed. What I would like to see is some guts to remove the long standing protection for sugar.

Yes Chinu - steel is booming - largely because the economic activity in your home continent.
