Perhaps I don't understand the question - but the obvious answer is nothing. Do you not recognize that the blossom of the internet in the 90s was a trememdous source of growth in the US. Fortunes were made. Now the bubble has burst. Policies going forward need to recognize thata.

Tax cuts and especially those targeted towards investment are stimulants to innovation and future growth. Control of spending growth is critical.

How would you have solved the recession?
