I refer this post by logical mind to all people investigating REFR for criminal or civil litigation;

here is a perfect example of a grifter posting dishonest press releases as if they had even a shred of truth.

My favorite lie in this over-the-top baullshit is;

<Some have built entire businesses around our technology. SPD smart windows are currently used in homes, office buildings, vehicles, aircraft and yachts. >>

And yet in two years not one REFR grifter can verify a single arm's length sale of any SPD product anywhere in the world.

All anyone need do to cast doubt (I'm being polite here) is to look at the REFR SEC filings. Does their income look like any company has "built entire business " around SPD? Not a single dime is isolated as income from sales. Sales and the phony "licensing income" are put together to bury the obvious fact that not only are "whole businesses" not being created , but that there are not even the slimest SPD sales.

How could there be? Not one licensee has ventured to put any money into an advertising campaign. None have even found space on their showroom floors for an SPD product. Not even a litle SPD wine cooler, while GE has end cap position at both Home Depot and Costco for a wine cooler that is 1/3 the price of the SPD joke.

Can any grifter tell us about the "businesses built around SPD?"

I don't thnk so.
