That's why they had an investigation. Oh. BTW, how did that investigation come out?

And this from the ACLU letter:

"Even if the gathering of the files was an innocent bureaucratic mistake, as has been suggested by the White House, unanswered questions raising many systemic privacy and other civil liberties concerns remain:"

Hardly a smoking gun as some would have one believe IMO.

Thanks for the legwork. They are interesting documents. Oh, and do you know if that ALCU letter drew any response from the White House?
