When Bush is campaigning on the issue of war on terrorism and stating that he has provided leadership in that war, it is quite natural for the terrorists to prove the contrary.

With the isolation that Bush is facing worldwide, it is a no brainer to conclude that foreign leaders prefer Kerry over Bush. The Bush doctrine unilateral preemptive strike is very unpopular with the world leaders. To get an idea of how brittle the Bush coalition is here is a good article from an Australian newspaper. You do not have to go to North Korea. Just go to one of Bush's allies, Australia and see what they think about the Bush doctrine.

<Spaniards bowed to terrorism when they voted.>

"There is nothing more frightening than ignorance in action"

Goethe

This ignorance is on public and global display for all to see in Washington DC. In military strategy, a classical way of weakening an alliance held together by a central main force is for the weaker (self-defending force) to act to peel off one of the smaller allies after another. After the terrorist strike on March 11, the Spanish people went to the polls on March 14 and decisively voted the government in power - OUT!

The Muslim Guerillas primarily want TOTAL Western withdrawal from ALL Muslim lands. That would be fine with me If that's all they really wanted.
