Happens in Japan and PI, too. And well, it's even happening in those United States of A, too. Which Bush is supporting (at least, I think he still supports this country). And that's just a start. Then you have Thailand, Saudi Arabia, a few dozen African nations and the rest of the world in between. But it still sounds good as an argument for pretty much the entire planet. Probably has more to do with gender role issues rather than Bush, though. I think it goes back a few melliminunuminiums before Bush, for better or for worse. "It's unfortunate the more Americans don't know Bush supporting a country where the government ignores the sexual abuse of minors working as domestics."

Hi jttmab; El Salvador accounts for approximately 0.1% of the world population and probably less than that of its economic or other wealth. They're a poster state for the definition of a "shitty little country". As long as they don't manage to have a war going on, the US public will, quite rightfully, ignore what goes on there, and the US government should follow suit. -- Carl
