Bush knew many of his claims of certainty were either not certain or not true. For example, in his State of the Union speech he mentioned Saddam's supposed efforts to purchase yellowcake in Niger. At that time, the yellowcake story had already been exposed as false, and the documents exposed as forgeries by the CIA's own emissary to Niger. The White House had that information Is this statement of yours a lie or an error.....please show me where Bush mentioned Niger in the SOTU....????
