Sorry, you are wrong. I like to think that President Clinton prevented genocide from taking place in Kosovo (as in preemption). But to say that genocide was taking place, and NATO stopped it, would (at least from a liberal perspective) be wrong. Also, Kosovo was a NATO action, Europeans were involved. news.bbc.co.uk "A United Nations court has ruled that Serbian troops did not carry out genocide against ethnic Albanians during Slobodan Milosevic's campaign of aggression in Kosovo from 1998 to 1999.
