Nonetheless Israel was living up to its side of the deal and the PA was not. There are many factions in Israel, as you know, and while some may be in favor of expanding settlements, at the end of the day, the government of Israel is quite capable of bulldozing them to the ground if it means peace, as it did when it made an agreement with Egypt. Right up until the last months before it made peace with Egypt, settlements in the Sinai were expanding there as well. Your argument that the settlements were expanding is a crock anyway, you seem to imply that it justifies PA terror.
