The Bush people thot the Clinton people were "obsessed" with al Qaeda and Bin Laden. Puts an interesting spin on the many comments that were made about how horrible it would have been if Al Gore was president on 9/11. Gore was noted for worrying and obsessing about problems. There's certainly a good chance that he would have acted against al Qaeda before 9/11 - at least making them a top intelligence priority. First time I've heard that line of thinking.
